he was amazing. he wrote a lot of his songs just before recording them after finding a beat, I mean we are not talking about songs that fill space on an album, were talking some of his best work, songs that will be played and loved long after we are gone, like hit em up, that was one take he was writing his last verse after hearing how hard the outlaws came with it. He wrote at least part of dear mama while on the shitter, no kidding. And the Makaveli album, come on, sometimes I have to ask myself if he was even human. And if you watch his interviews, its like he matured and evolved each year more than most people do over a decade, soaked up knowledge like a sponge and gave it to us. He would have changed the world, I have no doubt. defiantly changed mine, and still gets me through my worst days. I still listen to him every day, no exception, and will til my last day.

More relevant now than ever before

Pac was such a beautiful soul, different than the norm on so many levels. He stood out, his spirit and way through his life were so human, so aware of his existence, so consciously living until the very last breath as far as I can tell. His physical death, yet his mind and spirit live on. His message and way to take on his life no matter what he was facing, that's rare. So rare that his young body of 25 contained a soul older than the wise old man. He said in one of his interviews " I got the whole world fear me, at 23, weighing 160 lbs and I haven't even started, I haven't even written out my plan yet." So powerful. He had no filters, no masks, just a pure, direct, honest, open and fully real human being. And he did what he thought best with his life and was so open and pure with his feelings and emotions ... He definitely is the closest person I've never met physically, but spiritually, yes. Poet, actor, rapper, activist, socially aware. Thriving on so many levels with everything life threw at him. Inspirational and example for many. He fought for what he believed in and lived. He faced all his fears and laid them bare in his life, all there in the open. His songs, acting roles, interviews, poems, the way he lived. That recent docu series called Dear Mama is a gem on so many levels. The name says it all. Afeni, the reason Tupac Amaru Shakur existed in the first place. And I mean him as a person, his name, and his character and power to take on life and all challenges. A combination of life, societies child that society also formed him as he said, and of course such a big main part goes to his mom, Afeni. Her life, what she did and how she raised him. There is so much to say, so let's keep their spirit and message alive and spread it. Honor these beautiful souls and share the message. Spirits like these 2, I think we definitely need more in this world.

If you're wondering why people keep mentioning Elton John: The chorus to this song is from a 1971 song by Elton John called Indian sunset. The genius is that both songs are about basically the same thing, and Eminem managed to make them work together beautifully.

Hello there,just wanted to say that the world lost an inspiring poet when we lost pac. His lyrical creations spoke to everybody and his message was felt deeply! It breaks my heart thinking of the life he didn't get to have like marriage and children. When i think of how much more pac had to gift this world it saddens me. Im sure he'd have gone on to create more amazing work spreading his message and sharing his strength and inspiring words. We lost a real one way too soon but his work lives on for always,hes part of history. And its good to know that as times continues new generations will discover pac and it will continue on. Thank you for the highlight, I appreciate it 🙏
