I don't think the Sharif character would've been a stretch for Pac. He could've went into his aggressive _conscious mode_ - the one we've seen in many interviews when he is speaking about the Black experience. Then, he could've came out with a whole separate movie detailing how Sharif came up. There could've been _many_ branches leading up to the original movie or branching out from it. Pac had pull like that.

I definitely agree with this assessment. This makes me think about Denzel Washington. For most of his acting career, he portrayed a clean, straight and narrow, good-guy image -- but when he dropped Training Day, it was notably different from the roles I was used to seeing. But he played the role so well that it made me like him even more. He played his character so well that I didn't even want him to die (even though, he deserved it). It simply added to his legacy of his entertainment value and versatility. Now, I find myself thinking that Training Day might be my favorite movie featuring him (even though, he made many other great films).

The huge brothers knew what they where doing tryna play 2pac out to be the square when they knew he was doing the gangsta roles making a character that made no sense fing lames that's why 2pac handled them plus pac played the roles beyond gangsta in other movies he was amazing in so that did none to his career but made him bigger.

That don't mean you go beating people up only in the hip hop world does that make perfect sense. That just means there's no Business Like show Business. That's how it is I don't know why when it comes to black people they think that things should be different. It's Hollywood shut up. Tupac is dead for a good reason.

@@onajiranac7237 you just said they were cowards and snakes because they kicked Tupac from the movie but didn't tell him to his face. Why do you feel like it should be handled differently because it was Tupac or black actor? When this happens in white Hollywood all day everyday. Once again Hollywood is Hollywood show Business show Business but at the end of the day Tupac had no right to be put in his hands on anybody and needed to calm his goofy ass down. Hence why he's no longer here.

@@tristinhall1275 I commented their actions not actions of Tupac. I said the problem in this incident was how they handled it and it was very poorly. Since Tupac put them on the scene by letting them direct videos for his songs they could atleast tell him he is off the movie directly, I think he deserved that atleast. I never mentioned nor defended Tupac's actions after they kicked him off.
