The ambitious singer praised K-pop and offered to write songs for the genre while listing Lee Hi, Girls’ Generation, and 2NE1 as one of her favorite artists. A few years later, she gave a shoutout to CL asking for a collaboration.
2. Emma Stone - During one of her interviews on Conan O’Brien’s show, Emma Stone raved about K-pop being her latest obsession. She also introduced 2NE1 as her favorite artist at the time and their song “I Am The Best” being her jam.

2. Secret Number's Jinny Park - She was apart of “Future 2NE1” and “Pink Punk” lineup, aka the pre-debut Black Pink lineup but she was removed from the group before they debuted. She’s a fan of 2ne1 and her favorite member is CL.
3. Secret Number's Dita - 2ne1 is the first Kpop group that she listened to.
4. Somi disclosed that she considered 2NE1 as her role model and explained that she wanted to be a singer after seeing 2NE1. She also added, “I sang Lonely during my audition and got into JYP Entertainment.” The discussion continued with an impromptu performance between the two, which fulfilled Somi’s wish to sing with her idol.
5. Hwasa has been open about her love for 2NE1 - in 2015, she recommended 2NE1’s “First Mini Album” for fans to listen to. Hwasa’s pre-debut performance with fellow member Wheein. The duo sang a rendition of 2NE1’s “I Don’t Care”.
6. TWICE couldn’t help but show their inner fangirls as soon as Minzy began dancing.

Mamamoo is the biggest blackjack of this generation. Hwasa cried when she saw Bom in a music show, and both her and Wheein also cried when Bom's video was being played in Queendom where Minzy did a surprise greeting. 2ne1 literally inspired and gave them hope to become an idol, especially in this industry that emphasized perfect Korean visuals which 2ne1 BROKE when they debuted (except for Sandara who's already the prettiest idol at the time and it's not even her fault).

Mamamoo's Wheein and Hwasa are ultimate Blackjacks 😍😍😍 They have a video when they were competing in Middle school singing I don't care and not too long ago Hwasa revisit their Highschool says with Wheein and they went on a KTV and jam 2ne1 songs coz that what they used to do before 😍😍😍
2NE1 was really one of the biggest influencer of the 3rd gen idols. I was hooked to kpop before because of them.

Actually Yuqi from G(idle) recently revealed in King of Masked Singer that Dara is her inspiration and many more in her recent shows. Most of these 'pretty face' idols actually looked up to her among 2ne1 members because they see Dara as a living proof that you can be visually pretty AND do cool stuff (as opposed to the stereotype in Korea that pretty faces should only act cute). This video needs to be updated.

tbh with u guys i really dont like kpop hahaha i laugh at my classmates because they love kpop, they always sing and dance to their song like wtf u cant even understand what they are saying and too many plastics in their body. haha peace. i first listen to kpop because my ex girlfriend introduced it to me and forced me to listen to it like shit and goddamn the songs are so good. the first song i listened to was Go away by 2ne1 and it was very catchy and i like it. iKON and 2NE1 💯💯 👌 all of their songs are catchy and they perform really incredibly. they are so badass, i love the hiphop vibe. i really like it and now i aso love blackpink because they are so beautiful like lisa fuck marry me. haha
