That's what all his supporters said during the impeachment. And then people voted against him. And then he did everything he could to get rid of those votes. The way America is supposed to work, as far as being democratic, is the loser is supposed to accept that and go away. There are plenty of other candidates that haven't tried to illegally throw out the vote of more than 81,000,000 Americans. It's more of a question about do we want a Constitutional America or a MAGA America? Section 3 of the 14th Amendment makes it pretty clear that people who have taken an oath to the Constitution and then engaged in an insurrection against the Constitution or aided or provided comfort to people who had, are deemed ineligible to hold office unless the House and Senate vote to overrule that person's status. As for addressing the idea of democracy... most American's believe it to be undemocratic to be the leader of the US and peddle lies and conspiracy theories and get people scared and angry enough to try and pressure lawmakers into rejecting a fairly elected president; even going as far as creating a scheme to submit fake slates of electors. That's kind of the definition of breaking laws to take away people's votes.

Under Trump we had no food and goods on the grocery store shelves for years... no one could work for months if not years. High unemployment. Major pandemic that could have been curtailed, but wasn't. I'm in the medical field and there were tons of jobs, but I can't speak for other fields. In terms of curtailing the pandemic: only God could have done it. No human could have predicted the severity of this unknown pathogen. At least he rushed the vaccine. Tax increase? Trump lowered taxes for everyone not just the rich. I can only speak for myself, but my financial portfolio doubled under Trump and food, gas and utilities were very affordable (unlike today). Heck I can't even go to many parts of the Bay area without the concern for my safety or crime. I even tell my out of state friends to avoid CA or you risk getting mugged or having your car broken into. So, in short yes it was much, much better under Trump.

Don't be naive. Trump claim to have "IRREFUTABLE EVIDENCE" that he won the 2020 election, and yet he did not use that evidence to get back into the White House. He has not used that evidence to clear his name from these criminal charges. He has said he will release the evidence, and then he backs out and doesn't release it. There are only two options: 1. Trump is a LIAR, and he does not have any such evidence. 2. Trump is a FOOL for not using the evidence to be reinstate as president. Do you want either a LIAR or a FOOL as president?

‘Dictator for the day’ laws need to be passed, powers need to be enabled, constitution needs to be amended for the greater good of a united nation, a United States of America. DJT and Vivek will only need the single day to root out this toxic dissent. A dissent which favours cultural identity and differences over shared values. A dissent which seeks to divide rather than unite. The specific movement which is responsible for this bias hatred needs to called out, names need to be bought out into the open. Here's the thing, and there's no gettin' around this, BOTH parties can prevent this by giving the American people a better option. We're all waiting . . .

Everyone working around him will record every conversation, take extensive contemporaneous notes of every interaction and consult with multiple attorneys before taking any action.

It seems like the bigger picture is that a two party system isn't enough anymore. Although with all the momentum backing this system I'll be dead before we ever see more parties have even a chance to participate in scale
