Couple issues with his statement 1. Agents for 2k? This wouldn’t exist. If they were part of any agency, it would’ve been the FBI. 2. You can’t search or confiscate items without a warrant signed by a judge. This matter would take at least 24 hours and not instantaneous as he mentioned. 3.No federal agent would have said “give us the game and we’ll be cool” They would have searched the house and then taken him to jail for further questioning. 4. If he signed a NDA and breached his contract, he would have been sued regardless of if the game was confiscated or not. This man is either fabricating what happened or flat out lying.
