It’s good you are figuring it out! That’s the best way, I think- to learn by doing!! So that is a two room apartment. To me it looks like more than two rooms, so it makes me wonder which two rooms they are counting? I guess maybe they are not counting the bathroom or kitchen? But thanks for showing us! It would also be interesting to know how much an apartment like that in Kyiv costs to buy, for those of us who might have considered moving to Ukraine. When you mentioned the light switches, I prefer them outside of a room. I’ve seen them both out & in, on the same wall. Back home, we had switched at the top and bottom of the stairs to turn them on/off whether you were up or downstairs. Seemed safer that way. 🫂

Rent + Utilities would be around 3-400 USD. Purchase ranges from 35k for fixer upper to 75k for full remodeled

I have YT Studio but don’t really use it. I’m not sure if it allows editing or not so k just go straight uploads ( when I find something). That’s actually a cute little place there. It may be a apartment but it beats my hovel, for sure. Thanks for taking us with you. 🫂
