In this Episode Dan begins fabricating the Toyota Supra! This time round we decided to make the intercooler pipes out of aluminium, as opposed to stainless steel like you have seen on the R34 Skyline.

Silicon joiners and clamps are fine for most cases so long as you use good quality stuff and the two pipes are nice and parallel with each other mainly for the classic JDM look but the V-bands are cool too

for aluminium you need cutters with bigger teeth, those with small teeth you used almost gets clogged instantly.
Wish I was closer so we could hang out a helped in any way shape or form man you are killing it and I love it

@2:01 😂😭😮💨 @5:52 *Cries* 😂😂⚰️ @7:29 Gave someone this trick last week n they were like #GodModeActivated lol. @7:49 Answer to your Question: I find that when they start getting clogged, running the Dremel Tip on a Steel Brush usually flings the Stuck pieces of Aluminum off pretty good. For larger ones just a Pick n Pick em off. but the Steel brush trick works wonders for me on those carbide cutters. @9:01 Esp. those Rad Fans because you want to clear the Fan Shroud & AC Compressor (if using one) from the Intercooler Piping coming off the TB 😂 (Ask me How I Know). @11:50 Is that 1/16 4043 Tig Rod or is it 3/32?? tried some Aluminum Piping last month with 3/32 and I believe would have gotten much better results with a smaller Rod due to material thickness. @16:02 this is Tempting to do. very . . . Great content as always 💪🏽
