subd, remember seeing video (years ago) of the Frech Foriegn Legion using 4x4 2CV's with big ballon type tyres,,,, amazing vehicles....
La denominación 2CV del Citroën está originada en la POTENCIA FISCAL de modelo original el cual tenía una cilindrada de 375 cm3 y una potencia de 9 HP (norma SAE) u 8 HP (norma DIN). La potencia real de ese modelo en CV o en KW puede calcularse teniendo en cuenta que 1HP=1,015CV o 1HP=0,736KW. La diferencia entre norma SAE y norma DIN es que la 1a. mide la potencia del motor sin ningún accesorio y la segunda lo hace con los accesorios indispensables como p.ej. El alternador, ventilador, etc. Lógicamente la potencia SAE es mayor a la potencia DIN. Espero que esto aclare algunas dudas.

Es que probablemente no oirías el motor original del 2CV, porque parecen equipados con otros motores y transmisiones. No son Citroën Sahara....
Sooo... would it be appropriate to call these off-roading locations "Snail Trails"...?

a estos coches lo de citroen dos caballos les queda sólo la carrocería..¿ no ? ...que yo sepa no los originales no son cuatro × cuatro y para ponerles esa transición les aumentarían el caballaje

2 CV...no significa 2 caballos..exactamente no se que es pero estaban el 2cv y el 3 cv...calcula que una moto 125cc tiene 8 o 10 cabalos..y no hace falta doble traccion..el citro por su diseño, suspension, traccion delantera y ruedas finas y grandes tenia la particularidad de no encajarse casi nunca

pequeño saltamontes son motores de 24 CV. O sea. 24 caballos de vapor. No es los mismo HP.

pequeño saltamontes //para tu información el Citroën Sáhara vino con dos motores el cual traccionaban en las cuatros ruedas... el 2cv venían de12 y de 14 caballos vapor
