I want to ask you a question. In the 1ND-TV engine (325,000 km), it throws smoke for 1 minute at the first start in the morning. I suspect valve seals. It reduces 1 liter of oil in 7,000 kilometers. What do you think could be the problem? If the problem is the valve seal, is it possible to change the top valve tires without removing the cylinder head?

Yes, there may be a valve stem seal problem

Yes, valve seals can be replaced by removing the valve cover without removing the head

if i want to change only piston, should i order 4 piston or each cylinder has unique piston and connection rod for every cylinder number.

Hi at 31.53 you are marking piston connecting rod is that because you are reusing same rod and want to go back.

do you reuse same head bolt ?

The problem with this engine is that it losing engine oil

Oh ok .👍 that what happens when people don’t change there oil Every 5000 miles , they will start burning oil.. Toyota engines will last Forever, if you maintain them properly
