Like the double doors and palladium windows. Nice porcelain tile. Like the countertop. Cabinets a little dark for me. Open concept is nice. Dining and breakfast nook spaces. Pantry ok. Nice size laundry with natural light. A living room fan. Yesss. Good size bedrooms. Linen closet and bathroom. Love the door to the backyard right next to the bathroom. So once that pool is no one wetting up my house. Covered lanai. Great yard. Omg. Ok size primary. Love 2 closets. Nice en-suite. Marlon. The flooring is throughout the home. Nice size shower with a deep bench for my Bansy. A linen closet. Don’t even need the tub but it’s nice. Not wood. Marlon. This is what’s up. Thanks so much for sharing. $247/50 brand new construction? 🤔. He’s good if he could find that. Great retirement home. There is hope for the middle man. Thanks sooo much for this. I just had a house built, very similar to this one, near Myrtle Beach SC. 4 bedrooms/ 2 baths, on a half acre. It was exactly $100,000 less than this one!! 😳😳😳

I had a 3/2 built in Marion county but not Ocala for $147,000 granite everything and stainless steel appliances

Bad planning on the cabinet set up, you could see how he banged the cabinet door into the cabinets set above the area where the refrigerator is supposed to go and they didn’t extend those same cabinets all the way to the end wall so there’s some wasted space.

Very Nice curb appeal! I love the front elevation, the double doors and the long driveway.

Two years ago I purchased a similar new home for $100 K LESS in Ocala !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It has a third of the kitchen cabinets that are needed.

Thanks for the tour. I just found your channel and am liking and subscribing. I really like this home alot! The brightness, freshness, and openess of it is very nice. I would want to add a pool and fence to enclose the property and make it pet friendly. The only negative I see about this home is the small kitchen and cabinet space because I do love to cook and the room to do it. But, having a decent pantry size helps. I love the master bedroom and master bath area with two big closets. But, most of all I love the big soaker tub and bright light coming from the window. I'm a firm believer that every master should have a nice soaker tub, and so glad this one did. I would be interested in this home if I was able to make that out-of- state move right now. It's lovely!💓 Well done!

Really nice home. I would not advertise as move in ready though. To me would have to be furnished, including refrigerator, complete laundry, along with kitchen food prep and serving items too. Nice no HOA, would be really nice if neighborhood had all underground utilities.

Excellent presentation! Considering the pricing of Florida homes, this looks like a good value. Why? Is there something “wrong” with the area? You pointed out the good things about the house, but I think it’s odd that there is a double door entry, but no foyer. I don’t like to step right into the living room. Also, I’m surprised that the second bathroom doesn’t have a bathtub.

The double door entry was very handy for move in day and we prefer the walk in shower in the second bath as it’s much easier for my Mom to deal with. This is our downsize home, no kids!

Living room area too small; you can’t cut corners in the only family room space. Otherwise, nice for the price!

Just FYI , you can also find new builds for under 300k in Inverness Florida and it’s more south than Ocala but this home was truly beautiful and loved your energy during the presentation,Ocala is beautiful and growing so prices will only increase.

Home has a lot going for it.. regarding the pantry space- if you put the mechanical space in the garage attic over the garage. Then, you could utilize that valuable interior space for additional storage.

Make sure you have grease on you because you're just going to get jammed in the butt with taxes in Marion Oaks Ocala. How do I know this? Because they did it to me my 2nd year here a 120% increase in my property tax.

$309 for a house in OCALA?! Boy, you guys are selling high especially for SLOCALA. I would understand if it was closer to Orlando but, SLOCALA.

As a person who has lived here for over 30 years. That price is a no go. No matter what we gonna say about costs and inflation. 200k-220k is more like it. Honestly, that’s me being generous. For me, I wouldn’t go above 180k.
