Your story inspires me. May God continue to bless you. I too was called a dog by my family because I didn’t have food and a place to stay. Today I have three houses and a doctoral degree. Gods timing is not our timing and he allowed you to go through this because he had a bigger plan for your life with a wonderful testimony. Keep up the good Work and continue to give glory to God.

It is not only easterners that love money in Nigeria, every tribe is a culprit of the love of money. Is Mrs Ugwu a cleaner with the federal Aviation Authority of Nigeria, who just bagged a national award for her rear show of honesty and integrity, having returned over 3 billion Naira that she found at the airport, at four different times, not an eastern ( igbo), please Nigerians stop this your ethnic profiling. In every society, we have good and bad people. Period!

It was for confirmation class and there is no guarantee that he continued to be active in Church. If the 68 robberies were done this year, could this be a new venture for him? In relation to his flamboyant wedding?

I think most African immigrant stories are inspirational. I don’t think we give ourselves enough credit for that. For starters most African countries’ economies will collapse if the remittances from the diaspora were to suddenly stop. Most Africans in the diaspora have dual responsibilities for their nuclear families, their extended families and communities. Their individual stories, about navigating that dichotomy, can make up for endless inspirational movies and books.

No excuse for his heinous actions but some young ladies should learn how to cut their wedding cake according to their purse. If you don’t have money, elope and get married just the two of you, after all it will be just the two of you after the wedding.

how beautiful are those that do good to other such a lovely honest person one to be respected and helped espeacially because he has not forgotten nigeria people but is trying to help the good in nigeria which i believe helps stop bad people in over tacking ,good people need to STAND UP against wrong doing dont always blame other things like this person story HE DID NOT turn to scamming or corrupt ways to earn a income may the GOD of heaven and earth give him abundance and joy in life
