Miles Chamley-Watson is one of the most recognizable fencers in the world. He was born in Britain where he lived first eight years before moving to the US. In 2008 he won a junior World Championship in a team event - the first ever for the Americans. He was part of the greatest generation of American male foil fencers alongside Garek Meinhardt, Alex Massialas, and Race Imboden. This team was unchangeable for almost nine years, an unusual long stretch. His individual top performance is the 2013 senior world championship where he took first place.
