mod means remainder value. 3^2=9 and 9/7 the remainder is 2

We can take 2 also

y u took alpha= 5 ? 5 is not primitive root of q (7) . why did u take 5. u got alpha value as 3 right. u can take 3 right y did not u take.

Mam actually when alpha is 5 and q is 7. Then 5 is not primitive root of 7 mam but you have taken that and continued the process
