Warne rings sent me recoil lugs that I lost, they told me that it was part of my warranty. Great customer service! My house burned and an XS tritium front sight on a pistol in the safe quit glowing, one call to XS and they sent a new one. Again Great Customer service.

9:38 is absolutely spot on for felt recoil. The debates between 6 dasher, 6 gt, 6br, 6 XC, 6 cm, 6x47 lap- if they are all pushing the same 105 grainer at 2850 FPS, the cartridge case makes no difference.

I’m running a 17.5” 7mm Moses. It’s one of my favorite guns to shoot and hunt with. And you’re 100% correct, people don’t understand that for hunting 20” is perfectly adequate and probably better for 99% of hunting situations than a 24”-26” barrel.

We don't like ATF restrictionary terms here and we aren't discussing AR's. Under 20" is considered short in the bolt action hunting rifle world and that's what we're referring to.

@mine12389You're "correcting" a guy who is NOT talking about "legal terms". He's taking about what's more common versus less common with bolt action rifles.

My question is, if the 20” was lengthened to 24”, would the velocity increase? Not so much that all the powdered was burnt. To me the term all the powder is burnt, these days, is a pretty broad term. To me, the question is, is all the pressure built to its peak in a 20” barrel? I’d still say no. For the main guy in this video he’s pretty smart but acts a’ fool. I’m not sure what Ryan Lampers like about him…. Just an observation….

All that having one grain less or one grain more while having all 3 loads reading of speed only really proves, that’s all the powdered that can be burnt in that barrel…. I think you guys are pretty good, but you’re swinging and missing and hitting foul balls. Just saying….. I do not believe carbon looks better….. I like all metal.
