Thighs are the best. I do BBQ chicken thighs in the slow cooker. 3lbs of boneless thighs, salt & pepper. Add large onion. I jar of unsweetened BBQ Pantry Pride. Cook 2.5 hours. Take out & shred and back in slow cooker add 1/4 of brown suger and a little vinegar cook for another 1/2 hour.

Thank you for all your hard work!! I hope Haley is doing good!!! I got to talk to my grandson yesterday and it just made my whole week. He’s in GA in basic training for the Army! When my hubs and I were first married (1977) and had a child ( one of four to come ) we went thru the year of leg quarters … kind of like your year of oatmeal … my husband begged me NOOOO more chicken … I think ? I was getting leg quarters for 25 cents a lb ??? Of course my hubs was only making 9 bucks an hour at Lockheed !!! We were new home owners and things were tight !!! I still love chicken and my hubs ( he doesn’t complain!!) especially if I cook !!! Glenda

Example I have a few strainers but my favorite is an old metal one that’s old old and only has two of the three feet on it❤❤❤❤ I don’t even see the need for an air fryer although so many people love them 🤷‍♀️

I have this amazing crystallized lemon seasoning that I use and I add garlic powder, onion powder, oregano and smoked paprika, olive oil and some freshly squeezed lemon juice and then I spread it all over the chicken with a baisting brush and then I cook the chicken in my enamaled cast iron stock pot. My hubby loves it when I make chicken like this. Just and FYI if u put parchment paper in ur airfryer the clean up is much easier. I cook sweet potato in my instant pot all the time mind u I make mashed sweet potato when I cook them in the IP. Loved the recipes and marinades u shared today. I have never had any issues with my IP's either and I have been cooking with them for over 5 yrs.
