Two rooms with attach bathroom. 1 kitchen with dining area, pooja area, Drawing room. With decent interior.

Furnitures are not included in Interior.

Atleast the Master bedroom should have an attached washroom...that is a disappointment. Design otherwise is nice.

I don't see any provision for air circulation, sunrays in side the house in ground floor. No set backs to home. How this plan will be approved. In South india you should not get approval for this plan.
