Good video did you spray the raptor liner straight onto stone chip in the rear arches? It look3d like stone chip on the video but wasn't sure

@@timsmith1589 They will do yeah. They do here in England at least so it's likely.

Even though there's a shit load of Rust on the Chassis Components it is the build quality of these parts that's saved them from all that corrosion, Subaru built a bloody good Car & you've done a very good job on the refurb.

You need to setup an Amazon Affiliates account and link all of the tools and supplies you use there. The degreaser for instance. I’d like to know which one you use.

A video 100% worth a like, a channel 100% worth subcribtion. Quality & hard working.

Those completely rotten-through bolts coming out with just a handwrench is pure trolling.

Loved this, can't wait for more of the WRX! Very satisfying watching the undercoat going on.

You are the luckiest man alive. I have worked on cars as rusted as that and inevitably 1/4 of the bolts shear off when trying to remove them.

So satisfying to watch. I’ll be honest I was expecting to see nothing but rot on those rear arches.

Its satisfying to see the wheel being shoved under the vehicle. I always do that as an added precaution 😌👍

Never understood the trouble of having the combo disc/drum setup for the emergency brake. Makes a lot more sense and a lot simpler & cheaper to do it the Honda way...rotate the disc piston with a cable and actuator arm. Easy peasy.

Only a few months ago I was applying upol gravi tex to arches and underbody, can't beat that satisfaction of seeing that fresh thick paint cover the old worn coating giving everything a new lease of life

I have to admit of being deeply envious of your dry climate, here in Scotland the rust is just unstoppable :(

All the subaru content has been superb!

However much longer it takes you to get the right shot, setting up the camera, the camera getting in the way of the shot. It worth it, your end result is so polished and watchable.

very interesting series this gonna watch them all again

I was surprised at how easy it all came apart. No rusted on bolts ,stripped threads and bruised knuckles! Great video as ever. I was pleased to see that George was pulling his weight and lent a spare pair of hands when the petrol tank came out! Well done to you both and keep those videos coming.

Yeah it was a lot easier than i thought it would be, there are a few snapped bolts etc off camera but thats to be expected. Yeah it was nice of him to help out, I dont know if you noticed but for a vacuum cleaner his hands are surprisingly human like HAHA. Glad you are enjoying the project :)

The Subaru project is turning out great!!!!! The disassembly looked like it was a breeze with your impact driver! The undercoating process certainly went smooth for you!

Love they way you swaged the repair strip ....quality...👍👍👍..during first lockdown I rebuilt the rusty tub on my L200...wish I had seen that little trick last year....would have saved me a number of goes to get it right...👍👍

Why do I love your channel? Look at 13:50 where you punch the sheet metal on the bumper bracket to curve and match the factory body lines! I would have simply would have ran a bunch on weld to hold it on and sanded from there, but you took the time to actual make it "factory" keep up the great work! Would love to see a new sub project soon! Cheers!
