That's insanely fast. I thought I was at least pretty good when I got a 50.40 PB (yes, PB, not PR) average at my last comp. This is just on another level, or rather, many levels above.

tommy is just too good however im curious about one thing, is there a reason why you dont use the wrm?

Tommy I average around 38 seconds on 4x4 and would like to be sub 35 for my next comp (slightly less than 1 months time now) do you have any specific advice of practice routines etc that could help me achieve this?
