Been using the degassing pot for years now without any problems so far! recently upgraded it with the EC20 pump and works extremely well! well designed,strong build and extremely reliable! keep up the good work guys!

You all should do a video on what sandwich materials to use and when. I want to know when to use honeycomb or foam and what thickness gives what strength. If any one knows and videos please respond.

Without tank it will work or not.. Having Any problem?

Can one open the valve when the pump is in operation? If the foam is going over the container one needs to play with the lever (opening-closing) to control it doesn't overflow

Yes, absolutely. We often do this to drop the bubbles down a bit and then continue degassing.

Hi Edinson, The good news is that you can get a final prices including the exact shipping, easily from our website. Hello. We can ship our degassing system anywhere in world, including Saudi Arabia. To find the shipping cost of any product you visit our website at www.easycomposites.co.uk, add the item to your basket and then select Saudi Arabia as your shipping country on the basket page; the website will then display the exact shipping cost. As for the silicone rubber itself, I'm afraid that unfortunately we cannot ship liquids such as the silicone rubber to Saudi Arabia because they are classified as 'dangerous goods' for carriage and the couriers we use (FedEx, TNT and UPS) do not offer a dangerous goods service to Saudi Arabia from the UK so you would need to purchase the silicone rubber locally or from a company that does export to Saudi Arabia.

It depends on the shape of the tube. If they're elbow shaped then you would need to make a split mould, similar to the one you see here: kzread.info/dash/bejne/dYt12NFxdKzAadY.html , you would then follow a process like we show in this video: kzread.info/dash/bejne/epqmqMOEdNawqMY.html to make the part.
