I love how this house is huge but not all space. Like there's actual furnitures in every ro unlike some massive houses I've seen that gives off that court vibe cause of the lack of things. This looks like a liveable home 🙂

Very beautiful home and tastefully done. I don't think it's overpriced either. The exterior color might not be for everyone. If I were a buyer, I would also be wary/don't love how the house is essentially at the bottom of a hill.

Fun fact this home is beautiful in person, and the house next door is for sale, i live up the hill i can see this house from my window, and not only can i see this house but i can also see Jeffree house to this is what we call the black house it’s so stunning 😌

Come on, Jeffree's house did cost around 14 million. The prices are not that far apart. I would prefer this house over Jeffree's. Jeffree's house is too over the top in my opinion.

almost 13 million dollars, and the driveway is made of square bricks and the pool is right next to a hillside. Cant even find flat land out here.

It is overpriced even if we consider its location. It should be priced between 4 to 5.5 million and not 13 million.

Definitely a beautiful view that will get ruined by other houses. I would definitely love to see the place in the real but definitely I would take/ want most of the furniture to be out. And plus I’m not a wine guy so I would rid that room not much of a yard but still do able, I’d make for sure the side was 20 feet high but that’s just me

This is one of Scott Disick’s remodel houses. He bought it a few years ago for millions and put millions into it to make it even more beautiful than before.

reefwiz99 You’re right. I’m so sorry. It’s a different house, also on Jim Bridger. My Aunt and Uncle/Grandparents both I’ve in Hidden Hills and I’m used to driving out there. They look pretty similar though!
