That's a damn good combo suggestion. Sometimes I mash the eggs, add finely chopped onions and top it with the ranch. Goes great with toast too.

When I was pregnant with my first child, I had to live off $2 a day. The ice machine at the hotel I was staying at cost 50 cents. I would get a pack of peanut butter crackers and that would be my food for the day. The next day there was a diner next to the hotel. A baked potato with butter and sour cream cost $ 1.75. I would ask the waitress for extra butter and some A1 steak sauce. I would mash up the potato mixing in all the butter, sour cream, and add salt and pepper. Then I would pour the steak sauce over it, mix it in to combine well,then add more steak sauce over top. I got water to drink and asked for extra lemons. I would juice the lemons into the water and then add sugar packets and 2 sugar substitutes to make my own version of lemonade right at the table. I rotated those two days, for several months. When I moved back to my hometown I was about 92 pounds. I didn't know at the time that u was pregnant. (Almost 4) before I left home I weighed over 150. I know this is a bit much for the comment section, but to this day, everytime I eat a baked potato, I always eat it like I described above...
