Oh gosh, that was me for such a LONG time! But it was mainly because I was too much of a perfectionist with it. Now I just fill them with whatever pops into my head! I don’t worry about them being the prettiest journal in the world, or about making them “perfect”. It helps to remember that your notebooks are for you, no one else, so there’s no right or wrong way to do it! Thanks for watching 😊💕

That’s the best! You can fill a blank notebook with anything, even just random thoughts. I love starting with a blank notebook 😍

i have quite a few memo pads, sticky notes, journals, etc lying around. thinking of doing a notebook dedicated to 'other people'. so i'd write down conversations I hear and my thoughts on them., draw people ive seen, describe a person, write about strangers that ive seen and describe what i think their life is. (like what i think their fav color is, their names, birthday, favorite drink, their fears etc.) It would really help me learn how to observe better.

I have a song book and it is just songs that I find meaningful or just somehow impacting for me. An example is the song back to black by amy winehouse which for some reason calms me whilst also making me feel super sad. I just write the lyrics out so I can look back and see my moods or just when I want to.

I love doing creative braindumps, I actually have one for my history class, because my teacher brings up a lot of things that don't fit right, and it's borderline conspiracy theory level - I love writing down facts he mentions, timelines, quotes from movies/documentaries/him. I even have made jokes to the teacher saying "now all I need is some red string!" It's a lovely thing to do.
