Being shot into a vital spot such as heart and especially head doesn't sound bad at all. I have heard people who have been shot say being shot is not very painful. Recovery after is painful. But if you don't survive there's no recovery.

@@ananonymousguyytb4212 Decap is quick as well even though you stay conscious for a few seconds. No way of knowing does it actually hurt since it happens fast. Bullet to the heart is fast but not instant like many say. You don't die instantly from blood not moving. But from what I have heard being shot is not very painful at first anyway because its so fast. And if it hits a vital spot you'll be dead before you feel much.

#17 Actually drowning doesn't hurt that much. When I was very small (5 or 6) I fell into a swimming pool. What I remember was the sheer terror of not being able to keep my head above the water, sinking down and holding my breath as long as I could. Finally my breathing reflex kicked in forcing me to inhale. The water felt very strange going into my lungs but that was the last sensation I had before waking up on the pool deck with an adult resuscitating me. My heart never stopped beating so I wasn't quite dead and I was rescued right away. My sister actually witnessed this, and to this day she is utterly terrified of the water. Oddly though, I'm not. Now waking up after was *VERY* painful. But if I had died I would not have gone through that part. My parents signed me up with swimming lessons later that summer. But even for my first lesson I was never scared of getting in the water. I guess I just trusted the adults to keep me safe.

This sort of reminds me of the show "Cheers." They are all sitting discussing the worst ways to die, like sliding down a razor blade into a pool of alcohol. Pretty mundane stuff. The it became Frazier's turn. He said, "to die alone realizing you've never been loved." The others commented, "come on on Frazier, if you are not going to try, why even play?"

The pain that Jesus went through for us was so incredible. He was beaten to the point where he wasn't recognizable. He was forced to wear a crown of thorns that was forced into His head. He was even crucified on a cross. All of this was God's plan for us. God send His only Son, Jesus Christ, to this world to die for our sins. Three days later, Jesus arose from the dead, defeating death and declaring victory over it. The crown that once was crowned with thorns in crowned with glory now. We can have the victory over death too if we believe in the death of Jesus and the resurrection and repent of our sins. Never doubt that you are worth something when the God of the universe says I will send my Son to die for you. He loves you and has a plan for you.

Believe it or not its relatively common here in UK for ppl drunk on the way home to die like that. They are often found naked or half naked. At a certain stage you actually feel very hot and disorientated too so they take off their clothes. One girl died on her doorstep coz she forgot her key and dad was asleep. Found her dead from cold in the morning. Alcohol and cold. Bad combination.
