25 Minute Full Body Light Weight Dumbbell HIIT Workout [NO REPEAT/ Low Impact]
Tap in with us for one of our FAVORITE Dumbbell HIIT workouts that we've ever put together. This workout is fun and high energy with low impact modifications so that everyone can join in! All you need is a light weight pair of dumbbells for this session (we used a 5lb/10lb pair). For the workout format, we've combined our traditional 45-15 timer for the first 2 sets and then we'll finish with a bodyweight EMOM challenge. Totally Jammin 💪, perfect length video !! I turned 60 yrs young this winter and those hour long videos just seem to long now a days because it isn't the only thing I do. I also enjoy getting my 10,000 steps in daily and working on my ads, butt and so on 🤷♀️💪😅

Squat + lateral raise was the favourite exercise out of the routine.
I love the squat lateral raises and the V sit cross punches...love anything boxing. I love getting fit with you guys, you're fantastic trainers!

J and T… so much fun, it went quick and I burned almost 230 calories. It’s in my Favorites folder. ❤ oh yea, I added on your 10 minute standing abs to it.
This is the kind of cardio I love! This was great.. My heart rate was in the 150-170 bpm range the entire time and I wasn’t bored or dreading every second of it.
I have started weightlifting with a 1 kg pair of dumbbells. 😅 And as a person consistently doing home workouts your videos are so entertaining. Much love...

I tried this yesterday. It's actually tougher than I thought! Even with lighter weights, what makes this hard was how fast they were going with each rep with decreased rest time. My shoulders were giving out after halfway!
The curl and knee tucks are a favorite move from this one!

Loved this workout. I did it as day 5 for SRC. It was low key but definitely efficient. My favorite exercises were the punching ones, the cross over knee crunch and both rows exercises. I already subscribed to the podcast but I’ll head over there to post a topic. Thanks for all you both do!

Great workout! There were several exercises that were my favorites but, to keep it short, I enjoyed the overhead press + woodchop. This exercise really worked my core. I also liked the burpees because I had to think on my feet and figure out how to do them without putting too much weight on my knees. I was able to do 3 burpees. 💪🏾🙂
Don’t let this”light weight” workout fool you! It was a great workout! A lot of fun too!
