25 Min Full Body Fat Burning Workout No Equipment
Hello subscribers, this is Jaeho.
Today is a 25-minute full body exercise routine including warm-up.
Although it may vary depending on the individual's exercise performance, we recommend that you warm up as much as possible.
At the beginning of your workout, it is best to perform explosive movements first.
You can increase the intensity of the exercise by adding additional load using dumbbells or kettlebells.
We always recommend that you proceed according to your individual fitness level.
