I'm not only impressed with her athleticism, but also her communication skills. She's a really great teacher. Explaining all these moves to someone who knows nothing about freestyle in such a clear and concise way is not easy and she did an amazing job.
the moment she said "I used to be a gymnist" I knew why she's considered a champion. combining gymnastics and freestyle is unbelievably cool
this is insanely impressive. not only watching her do everything so seemingly effortlessly, but also her explanations so easy to understand even if you're not knowledgeable in this area
As a freestyler who loves science + tech, I ABSOLUTELY love this video!! Big ups to the WIRED team

Soccer and science come together
The breakdown she does of each trick is so good. Easy to follow, great explanation, and its awesome to see how she does it herself.
Wow Caitlyn, you have such amazing control and are so fluid in your movements. I can see why you are a world champion!
Caitlyn speaks with so much eloquence and passion when talking about her craft. You can tell she really understands the moves and the flows… wonderful teacher!!!! She truly is incredible 😍
Caitlyn, you rock. Nothing more to say.
Caitlyn really goes off! That was soo impressive, I mean she’s a champion after all! The way she can do all that, my mouth was agape especially when she did the acrobatic tricks and the cat flip/reverse cat flip at the end with that full on combo! So cool 😍 and then the way she can do that and at the same time explain it so well and technical, for us to understand!! 👏🏽💪🏽 Edit: I don’t know what the comment section is. KZread needs to get control of the bots, that’s really disgusting to read. And if these are real ppl, KZread needs to create stricter rules, we don’t need bigots on this Plattform or any for that matter.
Yeahhhh, I'm going to need to see the 10 levels before level 1. That'd be great.

Incredible. Well done and thank you.
i remember seeing the nike commercials when i was younger. so cool to see this sport become more of a thing!
Awesome video!
Its really awsome video till today i saw... Great video clippings and Animation (editing)..😍😍
Amazing!
I have to say. Very informative video. very impressive.
Love this!! Never expected Collaboration
Loved it.
So back when I was training, I had 9 first levels, plus some others tricks that didn't make the list. My favorite might have been the thigh grab to popping it back in front of me (like at 6:30). That always felt good. Inside flick-up also feels good, and it looks way better than it is difficult. It's just a balance thing. I personally never cared about sit or upper. And I definitely lacked the overall flexibility and balance to get better at freestyling. But this video seems mostly cut into parts more than actual rankings. I definitely don't think a LATW is easier than a head stall.
BRAVO!
I was utterly shocked even my mouth didnt close when she did acrobatics
She does such a nice job explaining the tricks! Plus when her hair whips around its so memorizing 😂
Thnxs a lot cat flip looks amazing wow what a cool trick!
the moment she said i used to be a gymnast i said yes makes sense. whenever i see someone so good at any physical activity I automatically look up if he or she is a former a gymnast and every time it comes positive. gymnastics truly is the ultimate foundation the body awareness and body control flexibility strength explosiveness you get out of it is truly remarkable I wish my parents made me do gymnastics as a kid
Good stuff, well done!
Football***
I wish you were my coach when I played soccer hahaha theres no way I could encounter anyone with solid advice near me ;-; I used to kick the ball with my BIG toe and MAN did it hurt. I had no idea how others were doing it. Same with the knee advice. I used to just kick the ball right above my knee but no one taught me that, I had to figure it out myself.
Smooth 💯👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽
Wow 😮😮
Freestyle soccer is better than classic soccer and is a complete fact, no doubt

it's called football and that's subjective.
This is criminally under viewed .
She's so beautiful 😍
I’m gonna learn some levels now
she makes it look so easy
Football⚽️
Can you guys do something like this but with colorguard?
Back in mid 2000s, there was a Swedish guy named Rickard Sjolander (aka Palle). That was the guy I saw freestyling for the first time. He published his own DVD and mixed it with music. It was like watching an And1 mixtape (street basketball) for the first time. I'm sure I still have that DVD in a box in the closet somewhere. It looks like his website and KZread channel have been inactive for awhile. But go back to his early videos and remember this early video was 16 years ago! --> www.youtube.com/@freestylefactory5944/videos

Wow thanks for sharing!! This is awesome.
i can't do any of this so this seems like magic to me
love freestyle doing it a lot at the beach and try new stuff💖
Ye no, my knees are screaming pain just by watching this.
idk why i watched all of it when i cant even do the first one, very cool
Do 2x levels of table tennis!!! 🏓
Was Hoping for her to break down a Skala
🔥🔥🔥
❤❤❤❤
I struggle with juggling 😅😢😂
touzani mentioned !!!!!!!
I’ve managed to be able to be at level four without being able to get through level 1 and 2 properly ( my feet juggle is about 3-5 ) but I can’t do it on my thighs
Brazilians would call this "Yoga Bonito"
When Level 18 is easier than Level 1 😅
Omg amazing lady 👏
Can we have 25 levels of street soccer ground moves with Kristoffer Liicht
Waw kren
The rating looks pretty messed up, huge gaps here and there and 12 to 22 are basically equally (very) hard. Nice to watch, anyway!
do levels of panna with someone like street panna
"Football"
good vid but the ratings are a bit off... how is "lemmens atw" (double around the world) easier than "clipper" (neymar touch stall)
A basic flick up is harder than a knee juggle? My childhood would like a word with you.
it's football
wow‼️ awesome👍🏻
I’ve played soccer all my life and am barely at level 4 😂 I’m also a defender, so all I have to do is run fast and take the ball away. This is amazing. I’m also slightly turned on by her skills.
I lowkey wanna be the ball. 😊😂
I personally think that flick ups are easier that knee juggles
Most importantly, have a ball!
There is one skill that you should learn. It’s called the brexit tackle :)
This is way more interesting than rhythmic gymnastics 👏👏👏
Can anybody do level 7 but no level 6?😕
Imagine pulling a cat flip during a soccer game
I'm not sure why I like her presentation style so much. Maybe it's her bouncy personality.
I need levels of begleri
Apperance #6
im at lvl 25 hehe
NB. "u don't wanna squeeze the ball too hard"
Now make the same video for rocket league 😂
Habilidades simples para um Brasileiro comum
I want to be the ball when she does the lip stall. Edit: ima joking
76th comment :"D
We should collaborate on striking the ball.

Kids be doing this for fun in football practice until they get told this is useless and they get to train for the real sport.

Football. It is called football. Americans and their exceptionalism....
Does she use a made-up name?
Not wanting to be anti-feminist but she didn't mentioned 3 rev tricks, 4 and 4.5 rev tricks. If this video had a male version it would be more complete.
@Ural_1905
3 күн бұрын
4.5 rev is arguable. you don't contact your support leg before revolution happens, let's say at touzani around the world, unlike kevin's "4.5 rev"s. once your balance leg contacts before revolution, they are particular tricks.
Pointless 🤷♂️
Those shorts are a bold choice for a video like this. Not unwelcome, just bold.
