I'm not only impressed with her athleticism, but also her communication skills. She's a really great teacher. Explaining all these moves to someone who knows nothing about freestyle in such a clear and concise way is not easy and she did an amazing job.

the moment she said "I used to be a gymnist" I knew why she's considered a champion. combining gymnastics and freestyle is unbelievably cool

Caitlyn really goes off! That was soo impressive, I mean she’s a champion after all! The way she can do all that, my mouth was agape especially when she did the acrobatic tricks and the cat flip/reverse cat flip at the end with that full on combo! So cool 😍 and then the way she can do that and at the same time explain it so well and technical, for us to understand!! 👏🏽💪🏽 Edit: I don’t know what the comment section is. KZread needs to get control of the bots, that’s really disgusting to read. And if these are real ppl, KZread needs to create stricter rules, we don’t need bigots on this Plattform or any for that matter.

So back when I was training, I had 9 first levels, plus some others tricks that didn't make the list. My favorite might have been the thigh grab to popping it back in front of me (like at 6:30). That always felt good. Inside flick-up also feels good, and it looks way better than it is difficult. It's just a balance thing. I personally never cared about sit or upper. And I definitely lacked the overall flexibility and balance to get better at freestyling. But this video seems mostly cut into parts more than actual rankings. I definitely don't think a LATW is easier than a head stall.

the moment she said i used to be a gymnast i said yes makes sense. whenever i see someone so good at any physical activity I automatically look up if he or she is a former a gymnast and every time it comes positive. gymnastics truly is the ultimate foundation the body awareness and body control flexibility strength explosiveness you get out of it is truly remarkable I wish my parents made me do gymnastics as a kid

I wish you were my coach when I played soccer hahaha theres no way I could encounter anyone with solid advice near me ;-; I used to kick the ball with my BIG toe and MAN did it hurt. I had no idea how others were doing it. Same with the knee advice. I used to just kick the ball right above my knee but no one taught me that, I had to figure it out myself.

Back in mid 2000s, there was a Swedish guy named Rickard Sjolander (aka Palle). That was the guy I saw freestyling for the first time. He published his own DVD and mixed it with music. It was like watching an And1 mixtape (street basketball) for the first time. I'm sure I still have that DVD in a box in the closet somewhere. It looks like his website and KZread channel have been inactive for awhile. But go back to his early videos and remember this early video was 16 years ago! --> www.youtube.com/@freestylefactory5944/videos

4.5 rev is arguable. you don't contact your support leg before revolution happens, let's say at touzani around the world, unlike kevin's "4.5 rev"s. once your balance leg contacts before revolution, they are particular tricks.
