I still don’t see why they can’t give a lightsaber pickaxe. I know it’s a weapon but epic should know that would make a ton of money if they dropped a lightsaber pickaxe.

because it would give you an advantage in the game. You could pretend to have a lightsaber mythic in your hand and that already give you mental advantage against enemy to trick them for thinking you have mythic. That's just not fair and never will came to Fortnite.

Clonetroopers have always been a skin i wanted to see in game. And i always imagined they would have a great Edit style, from Pauldron's to legion color as well as the option for Phase 1 or 2 helmets. But was disappointed to see they missed out on this opportunity. Also i want an LAAT glider.

I'm guessing they separated the Clone Troopers into skins because they're all available in different ways. Only one is free, and 3 variants are part of the premium track (Though don't know why they can't just be styles of the Coruscant Trooper skin) and another 2 variants are in the item shop. Can't really make them all styles of one another if there's no guarantee you can get them all.

Yeah I’m actually really happy with the Clones. Do think it’s kind of weird they didn’t make them just edit styles but I’m fine with them being separate the main thing I wish we got is stuff like the Pauldrons as edit options. I also wish we got the phase 1 and 2 helmet as edit styles.

What I'll say about the phase 1 is that if they added 332nd like they did, they can't exactly make that be P1, and the skins from the battlepass track for clones wars will be in the item shop again in the future. I think that if they do show up in the item shop, they might give more customization then.

The fact people think that epic choose what to put in the game from collabs, the people they're collabing with won't let them have every person in the damn game. Its not like epic own the whole damn collab for god sake. Its not their fault 💀

Shang-Chi also could've had a ten rings pickaxe. That would've been so cool

The Ghostbusters, Cobra Kai, and Tron outfits were such a letdown. Instead of getting characters from the movies and shows, we just got boring defaults wearing their outfits. Bravo fortnite 🙄

AGREED. I mentioned somewhere else in these comments that it's so smart and confused me why him or other people would be confused why they are branching out into makeup. Yeah Guggimon and Janky are from this small franchise called superplastic, and when Guggimon was in chapter 2 season 7’s battle pass, Janky dropped into the item shop in the season after

I always see the argument that maybe Lightsabers aren’t pickaxes just to not confuse them with the weapons. I have a lot of problems with this. First off it’s not that hard to find out. If an enemy is running around with a lightsaber shoot at them and you should pretty easily know if it’s the pickaxe or mythic. Also there are tons of pickaxes that already look relatively like lightsabers so I don’t know why they don’t just actual add them.

epic def missed a opertunity to have lightsabers work like the omega pickaxe or whatever its called (the one where you can customize it alot from awhile back)

I don't get why people are so determined to downplay their deaths. The Cube Queen gets killed by the ENTIRE FUDGING ISLAND FLIPPING ONTO HER! How is that not cool? And the Herald gets destroyed in an EXPLOSION THAT DESTROYS THE ENTIRE ISLAND! Again, how is that disappointing?

@@SwitchStryke You mean that they were built up as huge bad guys only to die within a 10 - 13 minute live event? (Or in a cutscene in the Herald's case). While it does feel like they just got Slone bonked out of existence without being given a chance, I feel like we do forget just how much damage they did before being defeated. The Cube Queen waged a 2 season long war on us, with Aliens and Cubes. Eventually corrupted the entire Island, summoned the full force of the Last Reality and we nearly lost before the Seven came to save us. The Herald managed to chrome-ify the entire Island and defeated pretty much everyone in her way. The only thing that seemingly stopped her was either the chrome betraying her or the Zero point blowing up the entire Island (I'm assuming that's what the explosion was). Long story short: The Cube Queen and Herald both were built up as huge bad guys, did a lot of damage to the Island/ Reality. And then got destroyed equally Epic-ly. We just seem to be downplaying everything they did.

The reason there’s not edit styles on the clown troopers is because there are different countries for the different factions and armies into just having edit styles wouldn’t make sense in the law

Most of the reasons why fortnite cosmetic Labs aren't good is because copyright issues if they were to just do it or not I would no longer be because they would be sued so hard and more updates or collabs

They need a back to the future collab

3:01 ehh I had more vbucks than I knew what to do with when the skins came out, and now all my friends are jealous because they could only get one.

You guys forgot about how we expected a beast gohan style the second dbz collab but we didn’t even get it especially when almost every dbz game failed to do so

People need to understand that collabs are mainly controlled by the companies or the actors. If companies dont want certain cosmentics in the game for long or at all epic cant make it. If a company or movie wouldn't let Epic make a skin or the actor didn't want to be in the game epic couldnt add them. Not everything is as simple as epic is making dog stuff. Im sure for the Star Wars, evsnt a lot more was planned looking at previous events, but they had to make an event based on what the companies willing or asking them to do.

Collabs are like flying money for epic.

I am a father of 3 and I love playing Fortnite with my eldest son every time there is a new Collab we Immediately find out everything we can when they did the say the Spider-Man collab we watched all the Spider-Man films games got all the merch then proceeded to only play those skins for the next few days.

I was at the Star Wars event 8:31 and that was such a disappointing Star Wars event because when they showed the trailer for the movie the screen went blank like literally it was a black screen I was so disappointed 😐
