No, it’s only on the official Minecraft education. I use the education edition for school and also use it on bedrock edition, but the bedrock version doesn’t have all the features.

It's weird how much of the stuff is actually in bedrock just very deep in the code like the camera It's just not normally accessible and the photo items and a photo book is just not even there.
