The devs actually thought about the hopper trick, Bastion chests have a higher chance to generate on top of gilded blackstone, which will alarm the piglins anyways.

The powdered snow/carpet fall break trick feels like it's super easy to trap. If your friend has one in his base, when they aren't around, just take the powdered snow and replace it with pointed dripstone. Now even if the fall wasn't lethal before without it, now it surely is!

Good plot twist!

If you play the bedrock edition of the game you can actually just bonemeal 1-block flowers themselves to make produce more of the same type of flower around them. It makes farming flowers so much better than Java where you have to bonemeal the grass in the right biome for a chance to get the flower you want.

For the treasure map trick, I've always followed the rule of facing North, then aligning the very top pixel of the map-based player icon in between the top intersection of the X. It should look like this: [] ^ [] []=[] Then just dig down from there. I never knew there was always a set chunk coordinate to those though. Good to know!

You can actually carry 3 mules across the ocean with an extra boat and a lead. boats can be tied to leads so you can put 2 mules in 1 boat then lead it. then you get an extra boat and put 1 mule in the extra boat.

In Java boats can not leashed with lead cuz leashing the boats is exclusive to bedrock edition

Another tip about that faster mining thing, if you press the mine button down individually for each block mined instead of holding it, you mine faster since theres a speed bonus to the “first” block you mine. Is very helpful when you have stock diamond tools or below.

So close to 4 mill! Hope this vid pushes him over the edge!

CONGRATS ON 4 MILLION SUBS SKIP! Ok, I have been a fan since the start and he is so helpful infact hes the insparation to ALL my builds so thanks skip and congrats.

I have found playing the Better Nether Mod, carrying dandelions invaluable in nullifying their op mobs attacks. That stew is even good enough to ward off lava damage if done fast enough!

Legend says Skip The Tutorial is the mostest efficient minecraft player.

Speaking of fall damage I fell of my gold farm without my elytra on my 2k day old hardcore world and I was on 1 heart with all maxed equipment thank God I had a totem just in case

He's brought that "tip" up before, it's just not practical versus burrowing if you are outaide, walling yourself in ir in a cave, and either strat in the nether.

Yeah, I tried the powdered snow thing on java in creative, and I was pretty disappointed.

Skip is ine of the best creators, super helpful!

For the tree growing tip, I personally find it way more efficient to just find a tundra (or any biome with spruce), snag 4 spruce saplings, and grow one of those giant spruce trees, which provides an easy 70ish logs. Best part is, it will come with podzol which you can use to then grow mushrooms regardless of the light level.

also with the moss terraforming hack if you put a put a composter with a few chests and hoppers you can turn the moss you get into bone meal that will help you make more moss to terraform

Just make a skeleton farm. You'll get more than enough bonemeal for the rest of your life. Or better, make a stray farm

The hopper method for looting Bastions were nearly invalidated thanks to 1.16.2, when the Brutes were added and Gilded Blackstone almost always generates under the chests (which anger Piglins when its broken)

Just drink a invisibility potion or surround yourself with building blocks (not Golden ones), and no pigs Will get angered lmao

For someone who is struggling to acquire a Haste II beacon, try making Villager farm and trade the pumpkin to glass and glass to emeralds, then make those accumulated emerald into blocks then you are able to make a functioning beacon without farming too much iron.

I used the vertical wall instant wire to make an epic working player piano!! You can encode music to it and it plays back on noteblocks and the keys are played as well!

The donkey storage is clever but in 1.19 the chest in a boat will be introduced

The mule has the speed of the horse. So if you need to move at land a far distance then do boat ride then another land translation

This tip might help If you want to transport a villager to your base without wasting iron, just build a 2-block wide path with it being 1 block deep leading to your desired destination, then fill it with water, then simply boat the villager there! If you're not sure where to get all that water from, just make an infinite water source inside the path to constantly refill your bucket.

@@0G8 yeah but this method is meant for early game, they would have to get an efficiency silk touch pick which is very expensive for early game players

I was afk in Minecraft while watching this and he said "I'd bet pretty sure most of us are guilty of going afk"

In a creative build, if you need to mine floor, mountain, etc, get the tool you need (axe, shovel, pickaxe) make a big beacon, and enchant that tool with efficiency 5. Turn into survival and you will be faster mining out the floor!
