Haan toh thekedar bhi 4 saal ki btech kar le kisne roka hain warna thekedari nahi ho rahi toh ghar baithe, kisi ka paisa kyun barbaad karega. Kayi thekedar hain woh kaam kar lenge

Sir aap genuine contractor hain na....too fir thik hai.....chaliye too aap hi batiye ki kis kis tarah se ek contractor simple aadmi ko bewakoof bana sakta hai....

Maine ek aur sabse badi mistake dekhi h k logo ko concrete mei kitna pani dalna chahiye uska koi idea hi nahi hota h... Jaise water cement ratio exist hi nahi karta aur i think plan ya details mei bhi iska koi mention nahi karte

It depends on situation..agr garmi ka time hai like 40degree ke aas paas tb paani jyada dalte hai take usko thoda moisture mil sake to cope up with temp..nd agr shuttering brick ke use ke hai tb bhi thoda jyada water use krte hai as water will absorb some water...!!

@@GODZGAMINGYT929 jante hai ideal nhi hai pr kuch places PR feaseable nhi hota to do proper shuttering aur jha tk rhe baat curing ke to aap kitna bhi bol do labour apne time se he krege ...nd iske cube Maine test krwaye hai 3000 psi ko cross kr gya tha iska compressive strength

Sorry to say But sir footing ki depth structure engineer se decide krvani chaiye Or civil engineer has more site execution knowledge and architecture has more planning knowledge So visit of engineer is must rather then architecture

Sir aap video kab la rahe hoo.... full measurements of house built by any contractor each and every work is performed by contractor . 1. Pilling 2. Base 3. Plinth beam 4. Frame structure G+3 model 5. Septic tank 6. Brick work 7. Plaster work 8. Parapet wall 9. All door chaukhat and window fitting. Please sir ye saare specifications video me add kijiye.... And contractor kin kin tariko se costumer ko cheat kar sakte hain...

It would be great, if u can provide a generic copy of agreement which one should have with contractor, let it be a paid copy

Opc 53, if you can cure properly and available on your area. Otherwise up to g+3 without lift opc 43 will do the work
