Portugal's most loved city (Arguably!). Lovers of modernist architecture like me call it 'Siza City', because of the world-renowned master artist of the genre, Alvaro Siza. He is the native son the city is most proud of and this is where some of his most beautiful gems are found. Find them. Porto also has some great works of the classical Iberian (see Douro Ribeira 03:14) and Morro architecture as well as, Casa Da Musica, the finest masterpiece of Dutch modernist master, Rem Koolhaas (unfairly relegated to No. 24 here among city's attractions at 05:30 of this video).
