Wouldn't it be awesome if they did a "Mortal Kombat" style fighting game with all these metal mascots as playable characters? Think about it. The soundtrack would just be a compilation of their respective bands' greatest hits, and they could whip it out either in the places shown in the cover of their discs, or in a kick-ass stage, in front of people. And they'd have fatalities, and whatnut...

Eddie is meh. I will however say Eddie the head is one of the most recognised music mascots in music. Like with Angel baby/Ben of Black Sabbath’s. Iron maiden and Black Sabbath are stalwarts in the music industry.

I was thinking for MetallicA Lady Justice (Doris) would’ve been more their mascot than Scary guy. I know of both because a MetallicA fan would be aware of them especially from the live shit:binge and purge release. If I remember right I thought it was on the printed sleeve of the 📼 cassette of Cliff em all. Now I’m going to look on my copy of it😎

I just looked at my copy and Scary guy doesn’t appear on the printed sleeve of Cliff em all. I guess Scary guy was first on the Live sh:t binge and purge box set. It’s a good thing to own. I don’t have one. I have several of their 📼 cassettes. Oh well I know no Scary guy isn’t to do with the Cliff em all 📼 cassette. Lesson been taught. Shit happens 😎

In 1981 James Hetfield responded to the add that Lars Ulrich posted in a local newspaper, that's when the band was formed, that's why they have "Since 1981" on a lot of their merchandise, that being the year that Thrash was born.
