Probably a cheaper method for coloring your candles would be to add pieces of crayon to the candle while it’s melting. It works really well. Great video.

Yep - I found out crayons were good for candles, too! I also need to make my 100hr candles, & for ea you need: 1 quart mason jar 1 candle Crisco shortening Put candle in middle of jar, pack w/Crisco, dig a little around wick, making sure it's approx ¾-1in leaving 1in headspace starting from tip of wick. Fridge til it sets like cooled wax. Don't use butter flavor unless you really like the smell of butter lol. You can add essential oils, perfume/fragrance, & w/e else to repel insects. Lg candles may say how long they'll burn & be way off, whereas this one is guaranteed to burm for 100+ hrs! If power goes out bc of blackouts, natural disasters, shtf events, calculate 4hrs from sunset til bedtime, & these candles will last for months!!! Easy peezy!

The lady at Michaels suggested crayons for coloring candles. My friend did it for a bridal shower and they looked amazing.

with my plunger, I painted the rubber base white (3x), e6000 blue gems all around (except 1 section), and made the empty section a 3D waterfall. I'm using it to hold 4 mega rolls of Toilet paper. I love it!

My daughter was ill from 5-12 we stayed at the Ronald mcdonald house about a month thru out the year. Can t say enough about the organization they not only gave us a place t I stay the helped make my other healthy child feel special.

Adding a toothpick to the topper, may make it more food safe. Super cute!

Easy & cheap way to color candles: use pieces or shavings from crayons. Add to melted/melting wax, stir to combine shavings/pieces with wax. Crayola crayons work best for this. I DON'T recommend using cheaper crayons as they don't always melt as well, and the colors aren't as saturated/deep. It's MUCH less expensive than using candle/wax coloring. Also, save the wicks from the candles you are melting down; they can be reused in your "new" candles. A single drop of hot glue on the bottom (metal disk) of your wick will hold it in place while pouring. (You'll still need a pencil or stick of some kind to keep the wick upright while the wax dries.) The hot glue won't interfere with your candles. OPTIONAL: Add a few crayon shavings and/or pieces to poured wax in the same or a contrasting color for fun. Bigger pieces tend to sink, while smaller ones tend to float but might melt.

Gift tags are great idea

love the vid. Another way to do the fall topiary is to get the dollar store fall leaves and attach them to lights you already have. That's what i did for a garland.

U could use a white topsjeet fir the ghost. U can always find them fir a few dollars at the thrift store.

You are SOooo right about some of us being an impaired ribbon maker! I’m hopeless! My Sister Barb is a ribbon making Genie! It has to be one of her God given gifts. lol. I definitely will be checking out your ribbon tutorial. Maybe yours will be the one that sinks in to my brain. lol. BTW this is my first time watching one of your videos because I just found you. Your quite a good teacher.

if you use more melts per candle it does color it better i’d say at least 3 melts at least per pillar
