For some reason, a number of enemies and bosses want to walk through Wolnir's model to melee legs he does not have, resulting in them getting messed up by the Abyss. Still, the fact that this had to save Wolnir from the Royces when they weren't ever targeting his bracelets is a bad look for the guy. They're the only dudes who take longer to attack than him and glaciers.

They are small, so only a few arrows hit each Deacon. They also have moderately high magic defense.
