in this video i demonstrated how to calculate & design TL494 Dead-Time & Soft Start Circuit, Practical & Calculation Urdu Hindi. Practical & Calculation #TL494 / TL495 pulse width modulation control ic in switch mode power supply or ATX computer power supply. i explained how to use this ic in push pull mode to drive half bridge or push pull circuit. it can be programmed from 1KHz to 300KHz switching frequency . its frequency depend on RT timing resistance and CT timing capacitor
the deadtime function generates a off periode between the switching time of both mosfets. most commonly the amount of soft start is allocated for 25 to 100 switching cycles.
this is continuation of inverter circuit, tl494 is smps pwm pulse width modulation controller ic to drive push pull driver, it can also drive half bridge

Guru ji aap ka bahut bahut thanks. guru ji mai axiom charger 15 amp repair karta hu. 5din 6din chalte hain uske bad mosfet shot ho jaten hai. Usme 3525 ic lagi hoti hai.uska ded time badh sakten hain taki mosfet shot na ho.

@@haseebelectronicsurdu actually mei ek smps mei lithium ion battery hai uska charging current limit karna chaha hu jo 15 amp fixed in short circuit condition when battery is short or in fully discharge condition according to battery rated charging current for long life of battery... aur multi use k liye jo current vary kare jaise khabi 10 amp ho khabi 5 aur 15 amp.. advanced thnx you sir
