Shame on the security team for not arranging better escorts /security for such exposed travel, for SEVENTEEN. That could have been dangerous for the boys

don't blame them so much. they were meant to fly into heathrow on the 26th, the plane had an issue with the landing gear (some fans reported this) and they had to stay in paris until the 27th and took the eurostar to london. them taking the train was an extremely last minute thing so therefore security wouldn't have been able to have been organised properly. their own security team and managers were trying their best too. there is truly not a lot that could've been done here other than fans using common sense to back off.

for the people mad: seventeen were meant to fly to london on the 26th, they boarded the flight & it had an issue so it landed back in paris and was cancelled. there was probably no flight available in time so the staff booked the eurostar, which is was the better option. this also would've meant the staff did not have enough time organise better security for the group as they were not even meant to be travelling via train. their own security and their managers tried hard to create a barrier against the fans but the fans should've known better here.

The security team was trying to keep the boys safe and were probably trying their best after plans were changed. It’s the fans creating a crowd surge situation that made this dangerous. Fans need to give them space or you’ll end up with boys that suffer anxiety and ptsd.

A fan should support idols they like respectfully and morally. What the fuck was this though? This was neither support nor love, it's just harassment. Please think of other people and not just yourself. Just because Seventeen members are idols doesn't mean they don't get to have the respect other people have.

this was the only transport available. their flight was cancelled on the 26th, they had to find a new way to travel with 13 people plus staff, the eurostar was most likely the only option. if anything the fans are the issue as they should not have been mobbing them in such a small but busy space.

@@Sugas_Girr no problem! it's annoying me too. usually i understand blaming the company, they deserve it most of the time, but this is a situation where they did the best they could in a limited time. as stressful as it probably was it was also probably an interesting experience for them. but all the fault falls on fans who would've been aware this was not their intended way to travel and still mobbed them anyway, not even thinking about the small space and locals around them.

this isn't really the companies faults. their flight was booked for the 26th, they boarded it but they had to land back in paris and that flight was cancelled. the eurostar booking was extremely last minute and the best way to get them to the uk in time. if anything this is more fans fault for not giving them space at all. you can see their own managers and security guards trying to keep the fans back too. there is nothing more that could've been done in such a last minute situation.

@@simonejames9229 yes it is their job and they got them there. train travel is not a bad thing and it would've gone smoother for them had they had the time to organise security better so fans didn't get a chance to mob them. if you don't live here then you won't understand that travelling by air is unreliable and you're better off using trains or other transportation. the companies couldn't have done anything more in this situation and their own security and managers used themselves as a barrier against the fans and they had uk police. the companies wouldn't have know travelling in europe by air is the most unreliable thing in the world since none of them live here, not based here, and when they do come here they go to one country and back to korea. they did the best they could in the situation they were in.
