This video was about a fix on an engine with a compression problem. It arrived in my shop having been rebuilt however #1 cylinder barely made 100 psi while the other 3 cylinders were making 160 to 175 psi. We pulled the head and the pistons. We rehoned the cylinder walls and replaced the rings and the rod bearings. The real problem was with the head. The head was supposed to have been rebuilt but someone dropped the ball. Valve guides had too much play and the seats were not ground properly. I replaced the head with a freshly rebuilt head. After running the engine in for over an hour and allowing the engine to cool off I did a compression check. All cylinders were within 3 psi of each other all around 175 psi. Repair successful!
