I don’t quite understand what you mean by a fan wanting to be with his idol? I'm his fan and I'm with him from the point of view that I support him and admire him. A normal realistic approach, you don't have to have something to admire it. An idol is a person and what he shares with us is his art, but not himself. When you look at paintings that you like, you don’t want to be with the artist - you admire the painting. Treat the idol the same way and you will not be sad.

Múdate a Japón o a Korea y ve a todos sus conciertos, te saldrá un poco costoso, por tanto, puedes como comento avotia "support him"(que no quiere decir soportarlo 😂, si no apoyarlo(aunque hay veces que tendrás que soportarlo 😂 también por sus posturas, todo sea por amor al arte😂). Apoyarlo comprando su mercancía, viendo sus videos y comentando, votando por el cuándo lo nominen para cualquier premio en línea, etc.
