Thank you so much for very good explanation madam. Really its very easy to understand where we struggled in PU days to learn on this. One thing i noticed that on DEBIT side the Gross profit is 160500 (Opening stock, purchase, wages, carriage inwards, freight & clearing charges)

Mam, I have seen videos relating trading A/C and P & L A/C. Explanation given by you is superb. And small error in calculating gross profit. There is a gap of Rs. 4,000, which was omitted in calculation. Whatever may be, your way of explaining subject is fabulous

@@poojaagarwal6200 3,70,000 - 5,000 was done by teacher but if you minus carriage inwards which is 4,000 and was missed by teacher then the answer is 1,60,500 Teacher answer👇 5,39,500 - 3,70,000 - 5,000 = 1,64,500 Real Answer👇 5,39,500 - 3,70,000 - 5,000 - 4,000(carriage inwards) = 1,60,500 Pooja sister 🙂
