Personally in my opinion I believe that person who loves you doesn't need an explanation and others who doesn't care doesn't need an explanation. We cabin crew aspirants and current cabin crew know the hustle and hard work that needs to stay on point. I’m a retired flight attendant who used to fly internationally and yes you’re tired a lot. Hopping from one part of the world to the next and through so many time zones. I loved it you bet….was I tired a lot you bet! We’re working in a pressurized and very dry atmosphere too which is hard on your body. Love your vlogs ❤️

I feel you on being tired. You do have an exhausting job being that you travel a lot in different time zones. If I don't get a good night's sleep one night it does affect me the rest of the week.

Yes Sophie I sleep with socks on from Oct-May. 😀 I’m from Buffalo NY USA. It’s always cold here. Oh & I’m always tired too.

and yesss i love sleeping in socks. actually, recently i watched a video that said- people get better sleep if they wear socks to sleep. It adjusts your body temp. or something on those lines.

I know exactly where that Taco Bell is! lol It's about 7 minutes from my house. There are a few more fast eateries/shopping places you might like that are within walking distance of that hotel. If you mention in your roster reveal you're ever going again I'll suggest a few things. 24 hrs is definitely way to short of a layover to go all the way to DC when you need to sleep. A girl needs her rest!

Of course your tired who wouldn't be.....your flying at all times of the day and night. Always having to keep a constant smile on your face while dealing with the odd grumpy passenger. There is always going to be someone who will make a negative comment. Your work very hard I hope you get sometime for yourself.

I think a lot of people have a very distorted view of this job. Of course you're going to be tired 24/7 when you fly around the world all the time lmao!!
