    You just never know when Rory is going to show up. The great thing is that he is always ready to help out.     Matt, forget what anyone says about you and your animals, except for us who know you care deeply about the care of your animals. Shoot, both Max and Lady are rescues. I love seeing the puppies out on the rescues, more the rescues themselves. I’ve had a couple of labs and border collies, so I’m excited every time they’re shown.

    They haven't shown it in a while, but that's what I was thinking. Too many people view the wilderness as their personal dumping ground. But there's no cleanup service out there. If you don't clean up after yourself it's out there forever, slowly turning the wilderness into a land fill.

    Throwing the wheel under the frame to catch the vehicle if it falls -- great idea. I always do this when I don't have a jack stand for safety (and sometimes when I do, because this is easier). Take note, anyone reading this, and take this one little step that could save life or limb.

    Looks like possibly carrying a magnet might be something for the tool box it sure would have helped picking up all of those roller bearings! Props to all of you for always cleaning up the areas of your recovery! Something I’ve noticed over the years of watching. Not many people consider doing that as part of the process

    That's going to make these recoveries less exciting..I miss the days when Matt would get to about 40 MPH before the slack in the rope started tightening. He was jerking stuff out that weighted 4 times as much.

    If you fill your front tires with water, you will crawl over obstacles with ease, but the additional weight will destroy your transmission and drive train. It's how we test bouncers. Even half full of water, crawl is easy and weak links stick out like sore 👍

    My wife and I and four friends all had jeeps and we all carried spare parts from belt the hoses to duct tape when we four wheeling down there .Big fan of all you off road recovery guys .( An old fourwheeling guy )

    It probably sounds crazy, but you guys should make some sort of four wheel drive tow truck for getting broken vehicles out of the desert.

    That would be awesome. But I’d skip making it four wheel drive. Feels unnecessary. Maybe just install advanced computer controlled all wheel drive system that can’t be disabled

    Now, that's just crazy talk. It would be absolutely impossible to make a monster, quad-steer, 7 winch wrecker with 54 inch tires. At least Matt has the good sense not to try something as insane as that.

    I really appreciate that yall clean up the broken bits/trash that comes out of vehicles when they crash/break. I hate seeing trash on the ground, but especially in parks. Thanks for going the extra mile!
