DFarali Farali I say yes as its to monitor your heart 24 hours. So yes you should to get best results to understand your heart.

I doubt he did that. And you can definitely go over a week without a full on shower.

@mikiuraraka1693 that's what I had to do amd I fashioned a "half and half" shower the first evening I had it on too lol I tucked all me wires into the top and showered the promise land and all below the waist 😅 then I tucked all the words in the leggings and washed mw top bits 🤣🤣 and me hair, it was a palarva but I couldn't live without me clean bits smelling of Dove lol xxxxxxxxxxxxx good luck for tomorrow sweetheart 🥰🥰

@mikiuraraka1693 awwwww bless you sweetheart, I was too, its not too bad wearing it, its not uncomfortable at all but one tip I would say is get some extra sticky pads cos I menopause sweated mine off In the night and had to restick them back on lol 😆 😄 I think waiting 10 days for the results has been the worst part for me now cos I call and they say "the doctor hasn't studied the recordings yet" I want to scream at the receptionist "whyyyyy nottttttt!!" LOL its sheer anxiety levels on god level right now lol i shall call again in the morning lol 😆 xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Canadian health care, not worth our tax dollars!!!! The girl was nice.. but she did not hook up the terminals to the rite locations, after double checking and triple checking manufacturer's recommendations.!!! Basically I have just wasted my time, if they are in the wrong location... zero results! 🤬. Life labs, Needs to be removed...
