Hahhaha bro I thought the same thing!!! He even has the same sounds/mannerisms
For the falafel: try forming the batter into balls, freezing them, coating them in safflower/canola oil once they're fully frozen, THEN putting them in the air fryer. That's how I've been doing it.
I love my air fryer and am always looking for new, innovative recipes/ideas. Thank You, and keep air fryer recipes coming please!!
Thanks for everything Mike. Your video quality is exceptional. You helped inspire me to cook long ago. And your videos lately have been fantastic. Really appreciate all you've done for KZread cooking videos.
I just bought an air fryer and I am loving these recipes! Thank you!
Love those limitations that force you to be creative and the end result ends up better than what you'd have with all the resources in the world. The pizza style rolls are very cool. Such a flexible concept that you can easily customize. I'll probably try a caprese inspired version myself...
Thank you so much for doing this video! This video is probably the most informative cooking video I watched on KZread! I never would’ve tried cooking with plantains or tomatillo‘s if I didn’t watch you prepare this fantastic steak meal. Keep producing these great cooking demos with the air fryer! It’s very inspiring!
I really love your videos! They've made me so excited to try cooking again, which has been hard for me. Thank you for that!
I make my falafel in the air fryer, it’s very good ! I prefer it over oil in a pan (cannot beat real deep fryer tho) It tends to be dryer, so definitely needs more moisture than regular falafel, it won’t come appart has easily so you can really go for it with the greens. A flat shape also gives a more even result than a ball in my experience. Do it!
I just got an air fryer! I've been watching your channel for the past year. Thanks for covering ferments and bone broth last year. You got my sub.
I could live with just cooking in my air fryer. 😂

I love that you're using the Cosori air fryer. Just bought one a few months ago and I'm loving it. Their customer service is second to none.

I thought it was a Cosori, but he put a sticker over the name . I'm interested to find out which airfryer is the best, but difficult to find.
Just got an air fryer 2 days ago and love love love your videos! Thanks for sharing! 😀
My apartment gets super hot with the oven, so I've spent all summer with my Instant Pot, Instant Pot Air Fryer Lid, a Sous Vide machine, and a torch (for meat cooked in the instant pot or sous vide)
I do enjoy a raspberry shrub with a little selzer! Thanks for reminding me of all the possibilities!
Thanks for all your videos, love love love ❤️ and very informative 👍🏼Keep up the great work!!!!
I should use mine more, so I am looking for inspiration. Thank you!
Please post more air fryer recipes!! theyre so goood
I keep coming back to this video. Love the ideas.
An air fryer is essentially a convection oven in the shape of a fryer. So surviving off of it, is like surviving off of only oven baked foods. There are a couple great videos comparing air fryers to standard convection toaster ovens. But regardless! Kudos to this challenge! People are right in saying that the challenge with air fryer is space!

Love the videos! This one was particularly unique. I’ve been sucked into your fermentation episodes lately, and have some fermented hot sauce, pickles, and kombucha going now. Your edit style is inspiring and hope my content can get to you level someday 👊🏼🔥💨
I liked this video a lot. It really felt like a throwback to some older videos like using the foreman grill to make meals. I always like how limiting yourself in some way will stretch your creativity. Good stuff!
This is an amazing channel!!! It makes life so easy as a home cook/baker!!!
Those "plantains tapés" were looking delish. I'm really enjoying what you do with the air fryer.
Great stuff. I've had my air fryer for years and I love it, but I've never done any real experimenting. Thanks for the great ideas!

I recently purchased an air fryer and the very first meal I made was steak! I hadn't seen this video yet. The steak was pretty darned good! I love your videos! I plan on trying out your recipes. Thanks for sharing!
I’m going to try the galette! Thank you
I could probably do this! Your videos are amazing! Maybe you could learn how to use the air fry setting on your oven and see if it produces the same results as a countertop unit.

Dude! I had no idea I could make all of these in the Air after!! Subscribing to your channel! You’re amazing!! **runs to the air fryer **
In western New York we call them pizza logs. They are basically pepperoni and cheese in an egg roll wrapper, dipped in marina sauce to eat. They are amazing in the airfryer, especially when you have an airfryer oven.
Very enjoyable sharing, nice preparations thank you
Where can one purchase that travel time led display sign? That is really cool! Would be nice for as a stock ticker too. Love the air fryer recipes!
I love my new air fryer! I've been doing what you're doing, just experimenting with all kinds of stuff in it, roasted veggies, chicken, mini pizzas, etc. Those pepperoni rolls....mmmm
Awesome video man! Mind if I ask what camera u use? Great quality! 🙏🏼
Oh my.... some great ideas to try! Yum!!!!
Pepperoni rolls are AMAZING..I am using this recipe now 😮😍
I just bought my first AF...it has a muffin preset icon on the display...I laughed at it when I saw it for the first time, but now I see it is possible to bake with it...thanks for the tips! I'm going in!!!
Please do make the air fryer falafels! I have really been wanting to do those 😍
Love your channel keep the good work ❤️
Just ordered the aperitifs ! Super excited got rose and lavender
yesss more air fryer content👏🏼
Very impressive. The tart and pepperoni rolls looked so delicious.
Preheat with your pan in before dropping the steak. 2-6 minutes on one side, 2-6 minutes on the other, and you get a much better result. It also helps if you use an air fryer grill instead of the crisping basket when doing steaks. I'm going to try out some of your recipes since they look really good. I'm a recent air fryer convert and my steaks have neve come out better.
awesome, that last one looks like a must-do!
YOO This was great. Awsome Airfryer meals
This is a great story!! Are you doing your own edits? I'm impressed with the progression of your technique.
Gotta get creative with air fryers, I find the biggest challenge is trying to cut down whatever you want to make to fit into the fryer, that being said, it's perfect for 1 - 2 serving meals! That peach galette looked BOMB there, that was probably my favorite!
I'm really happy to find your channel! A few years ago, I bought the oven style air fryer that has 4 racks and a drip pan on bottom. I don't want to invest in a new one because this one works great. Do you have any thoughts on this oven style of air fryer? Thanks for your feedback!
avcado and salsa de la viuda, GREAT combination!!
What size airfryer do you use? Been interested in getting one and following your recipes

You are back in the Studio! Yay !!!!
Pepperoni Roll AKA Pinwheels also comes in a Spinach variety
I just switched careers with your help. I can’t thank you enough. You are my favorite KZread Channel ❤️
Now that you did plantains some time ago a learned from a Vietnamese girl that when you take out the plantains from the first fried you squish them first and then dip them one by one in very salty water and the salt will penetrate in the plantain! I've done them like that since and damn! They are very good! Try it!
Hi Mike, I really love your videos! I’ve read contradicting things on the safety of eating quinoa raw. I’ve previously added to energy balls but unwashed, raw quinoa is a little strong for my liking. Did you do anything to prepare the quinoa used in your granola recipe or does the cooking the granola fix any potential raw quinoa safety issues? Many thanks! :)
Please more air fryer. Shows. Just purchased one
I have survived for 3 years with just a rice cooker. I can fry, make stews, and even bake cakes with it. If an air fryer can cook rice, I’d be willing to make the switch.

More more i wanna see more airfryer. Could you do one were you use different bakeware in it. I got a tfal airfryer xl and they literally sell nothing to go with and i wanna do more than veg and potatoes. Loving your recipes so far.
Great video! I love my air fryer!
How is your airfryer doing? Still working with no malfunctions? I am gonna get myself one and it looks like yours is as good as the one from Philips.
Thanks super easy and super fast!!!
Those pepperoni rolls looked heavenly!
Have you every tried making homemade yogurt? It's so delicious and versatile and really easy to make. I'd love to see what you riff off of some homemade yogurt
@carolburnett8372

There are some easy good videos on making yogurt ......made with yogurt as the starter.......I make buttermilk with about 1/4 or 1/5 cup of the old buttermilk then add the 3/4 part or the 80% part with just more milk, then I leave it out on the counter for about 24-30 hours.......sometimes I add a pinch of pink salt....
Had fun making the plantations and the “gauc” , the two together are wonderful. Cooking the steak in the air fryer… not so much. TY for the lesson as I will repeat half of it 😊
I’ve never used an air fryer before. Looks awesome, might need to invest
leave the steak overnight in the fridge, and itl dry off just enough for that crispiness on the outside that you are looking for...
your videos are the best! 😇
The pie reminded me of an easy bake oven. Grown up version.
Love your videos bro
You are so funny 😂 love your stuff!❤️

I'd like to hear more about that. I've got a stove, oven, hotcrock, pressure cooker and a Micro! What is the reason for an airfryer. I was at dinner the other day and we were 4 of us. The lady of the house wanted us to have hot buns for hamburgers , it took for ever to cook the buns as she slice two to make it 4 halfs then the next two...and I would have done all in half a minute in my hot oven. But I'm still interested in a airfryer.
For any tips for the super cheap air fryers? Mine doesn't seem to have the outer chamber that sends the air back up.
I am totally making that galette tomorrow 😋😋😋
