Yes, beauty from a dangerous substance. Rutile is a type of asbestos. Dangerous on its own, but beautiful in combination with quartz.

This looks more like a Tiffany Stone, high in Bertrandite or an Azurite with Tanzine (Purple) Aura Electroplating. EDIT - I see it now! Azurite with Electroplating/Aura

Hi, it is a natural Azurite. No aura coating. It is a rich dark blue in person, maybe the screen you are viewing it on is showing it differently.
