Honestly i don't think 5.25 cr is worth it for this property. max to max asking should have been 2.5 cr, i don't know for what they are asking 2.75 cr more. it could've only been possible if the Land rate alone which is 235 gaj was 4.25cr Fir maan sakte the ki banane mei with all the finishing 1cr laga ho.

Chitrakoot vaishali nagar is best location of Jaipur..... Asking rate of land is more than 1 lac rupees per Gaj....and this is 235 Gaj house so calculate it accordingly......😢

@@Shubham-7 still it would be not more than 2.8cr land price , if you add the construction cost it wont be more than 1.5 cr ,total it wont be more than 4.3cr max still it is 1cr extra . you can buy land and construct same house in 3cr

@@Mohitsingh25X yes even if the Asking** rate of the land is 1L/gaj you can get it in 2.3 cr and construction of this type and interior work could not cost you more than 80-90 lacs (literally there's nothing super high end in this house) so in total 3 cr at most

exactly. sirf 2 floor bane he aur vo bhi bhot extra ordinary nahi he. na to Tv he na achhi paneling na bhot achhi lights ya chandelier lagaye he. max isko banane mei 90 lakh lagenge aur property rate 1.3 cr add kare to 2.2 cr aur ye bhi max to max. aur owner ki asking hei 5.25 cr hahaha
