in this video i demonstrated How To know / determine / find /Calculate Ferrite Core Maximum Power Handling capability without Ferrite core power handling chart of datasheet, how to find core cross sectional area of ferrite core, how to find winding window area of a ferrite core. video language is Urdu / Hindi. it is important to Design High Frequency Transformer. for some known cores we can find power handling capacity from core power handling chart from magnetics incorporation. but from ferrite core from tdk, fdk, philips, ferroxcube, or chinese cores datasheet, we can find dimensions, AL value, and very little information for core losses. but any core data doesn't provide maximum power handling capacity. some catalogs have WaAc or Area Product AP value.
i discussed how to calculate AP value and then we can calculate estimated output power. to design a ferrite core high frequency transformer, it is important to determine power handling capability of ferrite core, then we can use it practical design

    Transformer formula: TPV=10^8/4.44*Bmax*f*Ac Descriptions: TPV= Turn Per Volt 10^8 and 4.44 are constants Bmax= maximum number of magnetic lines of force easily passable through one square inch area (which is 65000 lines per square inch for small transformers i.e. below 36 watts and 60000 lines per square inch for larger transformers i.e. above 36 watts, this is also called flux density f= frequency in Hz Ac= Area of core in square inches why in square inches? because we are counting flux density through square inches, we can convert it into square centimeters (or any other unit) if we wish. ------------------- An other formula to find Area of core, provided you already have wattage in your mind: Square Root of watt divided by 5.58 i.e. √watt/5.58 in other words (watt)^0.5/5.58 Note that 5.5 is a constant.

    Toroidal inductor coil jo car amplifier ke power section main use hoti hy. Input pe 7v dc +12v and 7v hoty hn oŕ output pe 30 0 30 hoti hy. Yeh circut tl494 and irfp150 mosfit sy drive hoti hy. Iski winding ka formula samjha den please. Usually 7, 8 turn hoty hn 20 guage ki 3 wires ko akatha kr k wind kia hota hy.
