I *really* want to see a Hermitcraft season where everyone picks a mod that suits their player style and everyone plays a pack like that. The builders will have plenty of decor and the redstoners will have their tech mods. When it comes to the Shopping District, each Hermit must stick to selling their chosen mod's content but Vanilla stuff is a free for all in terms of the market. I see Grian selling Tiny Tile builds while Mumbo goes Peace, Love and Plants with Botania's magic. I can see Rendoc going for Create mod. I wonder who might pick Thaumcraft for the magic stuff and Eldritch Horror? Maybe Cleo.
