It's weird that the PS1 and PS2 WWF/E Smackdown games and WCW vs NWO for N64 had better physics than the WWE 2k series (well at least from 2k15 to 2k18).

Kris _____ i wish 2k Would incorporate the real life realism in WWE Games and stop adding less...cause they say they want games to be like wwe wrestling but we cant ignore rope break or do chain wrestling when we want or we Cant climb on announcer table or We cant do Choke hold escape like on wrestling cause when Joe Has you in his choke hold finisher you can easily Reverse it and it makes it looks less Effective

Rage Reynolds i used to play SvR 2009, it was great, and before i played Smackdown Here Comes the Pain,i miss the gamemode Hardcore, you could go out of the arena, drive motorbike, put wrestlers into a trash can, or shopping carts, pushing a button that let you throw a lot of boxes to hurt groups of wrestlers, it was so much fun.

There's a few you missed. 1. Irish whipping your opponent off the cell 2. Climbing the barricade 3. Climbing the Titantron 4. Being able to take weapons and signs from fans in the crowd 5. Being able to do grapple moves against the hell in a cell.

This is why I played SVR2006 from release day in 2005 until the release day of WWE '13 in 2012. 7 years on one game. I bought SVR09 and SVR10 during that time but shelved them and kept returning to SVR2006.

I still play 2k17 though... And apart from the less variety of matches everything still seems good in that game graphics and all... In my opinion 2k16,17 were the perfect games

2k20 advertised its pointless control change adding NEW FEATURE of being able to go into standing submission without first going into front facelock... except that worked literally the same way in 2k16. Not even one of older titles, a feature was missing for three years and then declared "new".

The rope break feature where the superstar actually grabs the ropeis the one I miss the most. I know the 1st SvR had a Face/Heel meters you could build up to do special moves. I wish the blood was more like how it is for wrestlemania 21 for the Xbox. Every superstar bled differently in that game. Part of Ric Flair's hair would actually turn red and the blood would get on wrist tape.

You can say 2K15 was the worst WWE game... ...but 2K18 has loot boxes and a shitload of missing features.

2k18 doesn't have loot boxes lol I have the game and haven't bought a single loot boxes because you can literally unlock everything through the game.

If they don't care about WWE games and aren't as invested as they are NBA, they shouldn't have taken the rights for it, and let someone else who cares about wrestling actually put some effort into it and listen to the fans who've played them for years.

2K don't give a shit about the game they are only taking the license for money. They already wasted GTA 5 by focusing Rockstar Games on the Online mode instead of solo mode, they are doing the same thing with Visual Concepts for WWE games.

Funny thing is, you'd think they'd have more tools to implement some of the older features after all this time and yet they neglect to add them at all.

IMO the realism in SVR11 was spot on, from superstars chests and backs getting red from slaps to muscle tensing to a realistic weapon system like bins getting crushed and actually being able to do moves on chairs, I loved that game, probably my second favorite WWE game (first being 2006)

Dellaith reddening & bins crushing are still in 2k16 & 17.

Miss an actual season mode where you could play as anyone on the roster and make your own decisions depending on if you wanted to be a heel or a face

We all want everything back in this video. For me I want being back is 2k showcases, gm And should add more is when someone bleed and then blood goes on the floor anywhere and doesn't go away

I miss the Ref counting down as you go out of the ring, I mean the attitude they had in SVR2009 and 10. If you remember, They complain that you are out of the ring. "Get back in the ring!" "Come on move it!"

FREEDOM_CHANNEL_2016 both old games and new ones are made by same Japanese dev, Yuke's, 2K or THQ are just publishers.

In one (maybe more) of the older Smackdown games, the one where they added throwing weapons at people, you could also catch the weapons and throw 'em back... It was awesome, they need to bring both of those things back.

I remember in WWE 2k14 I used match creator to have last man standing and pinning turned on so I can at least have the double knockout count activated. It only worked with botched springboard and diving attacks but it was fun. Only bad thing was that the AI would try to win by the 10 count instead of pinning me sometimes

I liked that referee checking on the arm during submission move and the double knock out, like it is realistic and dramatic when both fighters are exhausted.

You left out going backstage, Road to Wrestlemania, GM Mode, and Career Mode. Those were all so fun.

I miss a few of these like the hand dropping from choke submissions, the realistic rope grab, and the voiced promos.

So what I'm getting from this is I should not buy any 2k WWE games because they're not actually very realistic.

SvR 2010 had the most realistic bleeding system SvR 2011 had the most realistic weapons' system Two things still missing even in 2K18

If they're aiming to make WWE games realistic, they could've keep some these features which would improve it more.

The realistic commentary one doesn't count since that's just a cut scene. We've never had realistic commentary outside of story mode cues. But this video actually pisses me off. If we had ALL of this plus we ha now minus the glitching, we'd be getting some amazing games. WWE games need a complete overhaul. And new devs, Yukes have become complacent and uninspired. Also what was the slow ass quiet game with the big and small ladders?

President C4 that game was Raw 2, my favorite wwe game of all time. Amazing CAW (for 2002), and a very good Season mode with great replayability. Although, it was indeed annoying that the game had no commentary nor voice acting.
