I get the idea that for 23 miilion you only get that little gun point spot and the mediocre house, you're trying to sell the island not the house. Out of that 10 minute video was just talking and showing the house who cares about the house, there's alot of crappy video out there of people trying to sell the island but put too much time and emphasis on a house, it would be a great video if thats what you're selling is the house but you're not, you're selling and island you should put more time and emphasis on the whole island give developers ideas on the whole island instead you just show that one little spot that sticks out to the water and that mediocre house. Really wanted to see the whole island and the potential it brings

Most of Grand Bahama, including Nassau, Abaco and Spanish Wells are projected to be underwater by 2050 because of climate change.

"this is a generational iconic property so the next owner will be somebody special who will respect the culture and history" or some jackass developer who will tear it down and build a stupid boutique hotel or even worse, a residential development. The Bahamas is going to shit fast from two faced developers destroying the history and beauty of the islands.
