I tried those movements with 2 pound dumbbells, it was killer work out plus you can gradually increase speed therefore reducing sudden strain on your muscles

The ropes are durable and just like the ones at the gym. kzread.infoUgkxTFxba6lNeHrZaHoY_LXe6ZzmMfaipnwu Caution: I bought the 50 feet ropes and they are long and heavy so make sure you have the space (I do have the space). If I was to do it again I would probably get a shorter version as 50 feet (25 feet each side) is a little long.

This is probably one of the better fitness videos I've seen in a while. You showed excercises that work for beginners and for more fit people. Not to mention that you used Good technique on all of the excercises.

There are many variations. I personally like to switch it up every workout. Some days I might do 1 min on, 1 min off. Some times 30 sec on or 30 on. If Im strapped for time I may do a tabata session. It all up to you. For a starters I would suggest a 1 to 2 ratio.
